This position offers a largely remote work environment through our telehealth platform, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gauge the severity and duration of symptoms associated with mood disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations, ensuring their individual goals and preferences are met.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as central components of your therapeutic interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and the available treatment options, while promoting effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor clients’ progress closely, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Engage in collaborative treatment efforts with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide integrated care.

• Remain informed about the latest research in the field of mental health to enhance treatment methods and patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, professional development sessions, and team meetings to continually refine your clinical skills.

• Serve as an advocate for your clients, working tirelessly to de-stigmatize mental health issues and meet the needs of those struggling with mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals coping with mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. By applying your expertise in therapeutic modalities, you will help empower these individuals to improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited educational institution.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Texas is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment strategies, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong collaboration skills, with an understanding of psychopharmacology to facilitate communication with other mental health professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
