Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with clients to collaboratively set and achieve personalized treatment goals tailored to each individual's needs.

• Provide prevention-oriented therapy modalities, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance client coping mechanisms and resilience.

• Regularly implement and review comprehensive treatment plans that support the ongoing progress of clients’ mental health.

• Complete all necessary documentation including session notes, assessments, and treatment plans in a timely manner in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Requires a valid and fully licensed status as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Proven ability to provide compassionate mental health counseling and foster therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enhanced by the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
