Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine individual needs, preferences, and treatment goals for each patient.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and others suited to the patient's specific conditions.

• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions, effectively using selected interventions to foster engagement and facilitate patient progress.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote peer support, education, and collective healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated care approach for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support for patients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n
