Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will be expected to provide empathetic support and effective therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• Successful completion of national examinations such as the NCE or NCMHCE.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this role is competitive, reflecting a yearly salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, complemented by a signing bonus.
