Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Create pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans alongside clients, ensuring their safety and progress toward recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as determined by clinical team guidelines to effectively monitor client progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that meets regulatory standards, demonstrating ongoing patient care and treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and quality control within our services.

• Serve as a vital liaison to local and state agencies, alongside community partners, fostering partnerships that extend care beyond our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds and demographic profiles, necessitating a flexible, culturally sensitive approach to counseling. You will be instrumental in their recovery journeys, promoting not just mental health improvement but overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Current and independent LMHC licensure in Washington state, or willingness to obtain licensure if you are licensed in another state (we will cover the associated fees).

• Strong knowledge in the application of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
