Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans, taking into account their individual needs, therapeutic goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' concerns.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote better understanding and management of symptoms.

• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Stay informed about recent advancements in mood disorder research to enhance therapeutic practices and improve treatment efficacy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to foster a culture of learning and collaboration within the office.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing mood disorders. This includes clients dealing with complex emotional challenges ranging from depression and anxiety to bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n
