Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, leading to the development of effective treatment plans.

• Collaboratively design personalized treatment strategies tailored to meet the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress and recovery.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, empowering them to take charge of their mental health.

• Continuously monitor client progress, track outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Engage in integrated care by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to address the comprehensive needs of clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorders and treatment methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
