Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and comprehend clients' mental health needs. Utilize standardized tools and develop detailed treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Deliver individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapy, implementing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when clients encounter acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and connecting them with necessary resources.

• Maintain and manage accurate, confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards. This includes documentation of treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes within our secure electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive and culturally responsive care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources available to support their wellness journeys. Empower clients through advocacy and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, each presenting unique mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
