Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR techniques, to assist clients in stress reduction and emotional balance.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to discern clients' individual stressors and therapeutic goals, enabling personalized mindfulness strategies.

• Facilitate individual and group mindfulness sessions, introducing clients to effective meditation practices, breathing techniques, and self-reflection exercises.

• Organize and lead workshops focused on mindfulness practices aimed at enhancing clients’ resilience and stress management techniques.

• Document client progress thoroughly, including mindfulness strategies employed and treatment plan adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications\n
