Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine the mental health needs of clients, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure integrated care, facilitating holistic support for clients facing multifaceted challenges.

• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, utilizing your clinical expertise and compassionate approach.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, delivering educational workshops and resources aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

As a licensed mental health therapist at Atlantic Mental and Wellness Center, you will serve a wide-ranging client base, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A current independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a master's degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
