Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' unique experiences and determine effective treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for patients to process their trauma and learn coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and various healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to patients during trauma-related emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic support.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and coping strategies, empowering them to navigate their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including patient notes and treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

• Competence in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
