Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while staying integrated within our robust telehealth framework. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring holistic care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patient histories and develop targeted treatment strategies.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience-building techniques.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support patient healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma and build effective coping mechanisms.

• Work collaboratively with other multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive and integrated patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating calmness and competency in critical situations.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources for further support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to refine approaches focused on trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents suffering from various trauma-related disorders, including PTSD and complex trauma. Our patient population encompasses individuals from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique challenges related to past traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania is required.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of trauma disorders, along with experience in trauma-informed treatment modalities, is essential.

• Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient interactions are vital.

• Ability to function effectively in high-stress situations while maintaining professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
