Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history, identifying effective treatment modalities tailored to individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery by incorporating evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping patients process their trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and foster healing in a safe environment.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and ongoing support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
