Work Environment\n

This position operates in a fully remote setting, granting you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. You will be interfacing with clients through telehealth platforms, allowing for consistent and convenient care delivery. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, aligning with our commitment to promoting a healthy work-life balance for our team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate the symptoms of mood disorders faced by clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment approaches, and self-care strategies to empower them in their journey.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and continuity for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research developments in mood disorder treatment to continually elevate the quality of care provided.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical regulations.

• Engage in case discussions and participate in professional development activities to refine clinical skills and stay current with best practices.

• Advocate for clients, working toward the de-stigmatization of mood disorders and ensuring their mental health needs are prioritized.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with individuals facing various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our diverse patient base reflects the rich cultural fabric of Boston, requiring you to be sensitive to differing backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, facilitated by a strong understanding of psychopharmacology.

• A robust track record of successful outcomes in managing and treating mood disorders.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
