Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their specific needs, future goals, and personal preferences.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively support clients in their journeys towards better mental health.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatments, and effective self-care strategies, empowering them to actively participate in their healing process.

• Regularly monitor and document client's progress, ensuring treatment plans are dynamically adjusted to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring all aspects of a patient's well-being are addressed holistically.

• Stay informed on the latest research advancements in the treatment of mood disorders, continually enhancing treatment approaches and methodologies.

• Maintain confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on mood disorders.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to engage and establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
