Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health statuses to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that incorporate their preferences, needs, and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, ensuring effective treatment adjustments as necessary.

• Engage in consultations with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure integrated care approaches.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest research findings relevant to mood disorders, enhancing treatment methodologies.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals suffering from mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. These clients may come from diverse backgrounds with varying degrees of mental health challenges, requiring an adaptable and understanding approach to care. Your goal will be to empower them through personalized treatment and support.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington state is required.

• Minimum of three years of experience in clinical social work or mental health therapy.
\n
• Proven expertise in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong collaborative skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively work with psychiatrists and other health professionals.

• Track record of achieving positive outcomes in mood disorder treatments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
