Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention and diversion strategies as necessary to assist clients in managing acute mental health situations.

• Deliver high-quality telehealth services and face-to-face consultations with assigned clients, ensuring continuity of care and support.

• Adhere strictly to all state and federal privacy regulations, including HIPAA, to protect client confidentiality.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings and interdisciplinary training sessions to share insights and improve practice standards.

• Conduct thorough intake diagnostic assessments that include GAF, Locus, crisis planning, and treatment planning.

• Provide effective case management, advocacy, and linkage to community resources for clients and their families.

• Supervise and mentor junior therapists and interns, ensuring effective therapeutic practices and adherence to agency standards.

• Participate in after-hour on-call services and provide weekend holiday coverage as part of a collaborative team effort.

• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health records (EHR), including client interactions and treatment progress.

The competitive salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting the valuable contributions of our counselors.
