This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing an opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts in a rotational schedule to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, determining their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to establish tailored treatment plans that align with their individual goals and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders and facilitate coping strategies.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, discussing treatment options and self-care strategies to enhance their understanding and participation in the therapeutic process.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the most effective care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, plus additional performance-based bonuses.
