This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while working from the comfort of your own space. As part of an outpatient office setting, you will engage in telehealth services, managing a caseload of patients needing virtual counseling. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional and psychological needs and provide appropriate treatment recommendations.

• Develop, implement, and periodically revise individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs, with an emphasis on measurable goals.

• Document patient medical and psychological histories, including results from assessments, treatment plans, diagnoses, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops aimed at increasing awareness of mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care, ensuring comprehensive support among members of the treatment team.

• Support clients through crisis interventions and provide referrals to specialized services when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and various psychosocial stressors. Your responsibility will include advocating for patients' needs and facilitating linkages to community-based services that enhance their support network and facilitate recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required for this position.

• Candidates must possess an active license as either a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of providing therapeutic services to a diverse patient population are essential for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

• Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
