This position is primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work hours while contributing to a vibrant outpatient office environment. Our team thrives on collaborative efforts and shared goals, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of family needs and effectively connect them with appropriate community-based support services, tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Navigate a crisis-driven environment by applying your extensive knowledge of substance abuse issues, domestic violence situations, child maltreatment, trauma response, and intricate mental health conditions.

• Educate other healthcare team members about the psychosocial stressors affecting clients to promote positive outcomes and coordinated care strategies.
\n
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient medical and psychological histories, physical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and client outcomes to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Engage in regular supervision and collaboration with your team to evaluate counseling strategies and enhance service delivery methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a wide range of demographics, including individuals experiencing mental health disorders, families in crisis, and children facing trauma or abuse. You will apply culturally competent practice methods to ensure that all clients feel respected and understood, tailoring interventions to accommodate their unique backgrounds and challenges. Building rapport with clients will be pivotal in delivering effective treatment and improving long-term outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in California is mandatory.

• Proven experience in delivering counseling services across diverse populations, demonstrating your ability to meet varying client needs effectively.
