Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide teletherapy services for clients who may prefer or require virtual sessions due to geographical or physical constraints.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge of current mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals across different age groups and backgrounds seeking help for various mental health concerns such as trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and PTSD. As a counselor at Rockwell Psychotherapy, you will engage with clients from various stages of their therapeutic journey, supporting them through both acute crises and long-term healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrable proficiency in therapeutic techniques and strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities necessary for managing caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, those with specialized training in CBT, trauma-informed care, or family systems therapy will find themselves particularly well-suited for our clientele. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
