Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, enabling well-informed treatment planning.

• Develop customized treatment plans that address individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based therapies and interventions.

• Provide ongoing counseling services, facilitating therapeutic sessions that may involve individual, family, or group counseling formats, depending on client needs.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including patient medical histories, treatment outcomes, and any prescribed interventions to ensure effective continuity of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to enhance client outcomes.

• Elicit client feedback to modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring that care remains responsive and effective.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent in the state of California.

• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience providing mental health counseling to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
