Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s mental health history and challenges, developing personalized treatment plans based on these insights.

• Provide individual therapeutic sessions utilizing diverse and validated modalities tailored to address unique client needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with clients to define practical therapeutic goals and maintain consistent tracking of their progress to ensure effectiveness of the treatment.

• Offer accessible teletherapy options for clients who may face geographical or physical barriers to attending in-person sessions, ensuring they receive ongoing support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with MindPath Care Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional and psychological issues. Your role will significantly impact their healing journey, and you will have the privilege of guiding them toward recovery in a supportive and empathetic setting.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Florida state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach to assist clients in navigating their emotional and mental challenges.
