Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and utilize evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
