Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools and consultations to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy as appropriate for each individual.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, adjusting approaches based on client feedback and progress, to effectively address a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges.

• Monitor and document client progress against therapeutic goals, ensuring adherence to ethical standards for confidentiality and record-keeping.
\n
• Utilize teletherapy platforms for clients preferring virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility constraints or geographic limitations.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging trends in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents coping with varying degrees of mental health issues, traumatic experiences, and transitional life challenges. For many clients, this role will serve as a critical support system, fostering healing and resilience within a compassionate framework. You will facilitate therapeutic relationships built on trust, empathy, and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid professional license in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
