This Mental Health Counselor position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing for a supportive work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs of families and recommend suitable community resources to address their specific challenges.

• Work effectively within a crisis-oriented environment; demonstrate expertise in addressing issues related to substance abuse, domestic violence, child maltreatment, trauma, and various mental health conditions.

• Educate team members on clients’ psychosocial challenges, ensuring that interventions are well-informed and align with best practices for positive outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including patient medical histories, treatment plans, evaluations, and progress reports to facilitate continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Provide ongoing counseling and therapy services tailored to individual and family needs, addressing a variety of psychological and emotional challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California is essential.

• At least one year of professional experience providing counseling services, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits\n
