Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to clients’ needs—promoting resilience and improved mental health outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and secure clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote best practices, share professional insights, and foster a learning-oriented atmosphere.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge and tools to foster recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution, demonstrating your foundational expertise in mental health care.

• A valid professional license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California is required.

• 1-2 years of clinical experience, applying solution-focused therapy techniques to develop effective treatment plans tailored to client-specific needs.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients and facilitate collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team.
