Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client concerns, followed by developing personalized treatment plans that address mental health needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.

• Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate on strategies to enhance care delivery.

• Provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support and safety plans for clients experiencing severe distress or emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic medical records systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes diverse individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will focus on delivering culturally competent, affirming, and inclusive care that respects the backgrounds and experiences of every client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is preferred, particularly in a community or clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually . Counselors working in this role are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend.
