Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients and administer established standardized screening tools to identify mental health concerns and treatment needs.

• Gather comprehensive client histories, including mental status evaluations, functional impairments, behavioral health records, substance use, trauma background, and personal strengths.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that specify objectives and interventions aimed at addressing their unique mental health challenges.

• Utilize culturally competent and trauma-informed practices during therapy sessions to foster an inclusive environment conducive to healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, specifically in line with the licensure requirements (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, accompanied by a robust benefits package.
