Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at New Beginnings Behavioral Health LLC, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will focus on building meaningful therapeutic relationships, empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated experience of at least two years in a mental health counseling role or a related field.

• Knowledge of community mental health resources and a commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of establishing rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth systems and therapies is a plus, but training will be provided for candidates less familiar with virtual service delivery.
