Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through secure video chat, ensuring a comfortable and supportive virtual space for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns, emphasizing the importance of creating a clinical environment that is both professional and welcoming. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State is mandatory for this role.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Strong communication skills with the ability to form rapport with a diverse range of clients.
