Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and client interviews to inform treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific psychiatric diagnoses, concerns, and goals, ensuring alignment with current mental health standards and practices.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and individual counseling appointments, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Integrative approaches.

• Monitor and document client progress thoroughly in our electronic health record system, adhering strictly to documentation policies and promoting continuity of care.

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to enhance collaborative treatment efforts and share best practices.
\n
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and rehabilitation plans that empower them to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

• Implement discharge planning and transition services to ensure clients receive ongoing support in their recovery processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is mandatory.

• Demonstrated expertise in various therapeutic modalities, including Client-Centered Therapy, and a strong understanding of behavioral health principles.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with the treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least three years of relevant experience in the behavioral health field, showcasing a solid understanding of mental health challenges and treatment approaches.

• Experience working within a telehealth setting is highly desirable, with familiarity in using electronic health record (EHR) systems viewed as beneficial.
