Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain a detailed understanding of client concerns and collaboratively develop actionable treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Facilitate personalized one-on-one therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Effectively respond to crisis situations, providing immediate support to clients in distress while ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Actively participate in treatment team meetings, collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals to deliver well-rounded care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and demographics, making it vital to provide inclusive and culturally competent care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend and enjoy the benefit of free access to our telehealth services as clients. Additionally, we support flexible scheduling, allowing you to design your work hours around your personal needs.
