The work setting is primarily remote, with the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of your home. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring work-life balance while maintaining professional engagement with clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through interviews and standardized evaluation tools to identify their needs and challenges.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each patient's specific situation.

• Provide regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, equipping clients with coping strategies and tools necessary to navigate their mental health challenges.

• Facilitate collaborative care by referring clients to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or social workers, for additional support as needed.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance with clinical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on multidisciplinary treatment strategies that drive positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will engage with a diverse patient population experiencing various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other stress-related conditions. Our clinic supports individuals of all ages, emphasizing culturally responsive treatment approaches that respect and incorporate each client's unique background and experiences into their care plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

• Thorough knowledge of various mental health disorders and a deep understanding of evidence-based treatment methods.

• Experienced in delivering both individual and group therapy in a manner that is inclusive and culturally competent.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive annual salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to welcome you to our team.
