Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while accessing our telehealth platform. You will interact with patients via secure video conferencing to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and consultations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that are customized to fit the developmental stages and specific needs of each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family therapy to foster improved mental health.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to equip parents and caregivers with skills to provide a supportive home environment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of child psychiatrists and allied health professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless treatment pathways.

• Provide crisis intervention when needed, offering support during acute mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards to ensure compliance in a telehealth setting.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions to foster professional growth and enhance care delivery.

• Stay informed about emerging research, treatments, and best practices in the field of child and adolescent mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on providing mental health services to children and adolescents struggling with various conditions, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Our practice's mission is to empower young individuals to achieve optimal mental health and emotional resilience through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field, particularly working with children and adolescents.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders along with familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in providing individual and family therapy in a young population is strongly preferred.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a child-centered approach.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome our new team members.
