Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations for children and adolescents, utilizing standardized assessment tools to determine their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure to practice in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• Commitment to a child-centered approach with a strong foundation in mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based therapies.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling the building of rapport and trust with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) software and virtual therapeutic platforms for remote service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years’ experience providing individual and family therapy within a clinical setting preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
