Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of young clients facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, as well as applicable treatment modalities.

• Previous experience delivering both individual and family therapy, specifically to younger populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage children, adolescents, and their families effectively.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant technology necessary for telehealth.

• Ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of directly relevant experience is required, additional experience encompassing crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or specialized therapy techniques can enhance your application. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
