Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing a range of behavioral and emotional challenges. By utilizing your skills and expertise, you will work to provide effective interventions and therapeutic support to help these young individuals navigate their mental health journeys towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of direct outpatient mental health care experience.
\n
• Exceptional operational and responsiveness skills to handle a diverse client caseload effectively.

• A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain timely communication with team members.
\n
• Strong clinical boundaries and commitment to ethical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with digital therapeutic tools can significantly enhance your contributions at Fresh Start Mental Health Solutions. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities specific to child and adolescent mental health is also highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
