Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, particularly mood disorders. Your therapeutic practice will focus on utilizing evidenced-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in developing coping skills, enhancing emotional regulation, and improving overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly for mood disorders, and a strong understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and medical professionals.

Inner Magic Counseling, LLC offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
