Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a range of psychotherapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions to treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders, tailoring approaches based on individual client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients effectively and create initial treatment plans that address their unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as required by client treatment plans, actively engaging participants to promote understanding and healing.

• Develop and coordinate detailed discharge plans, revising them as necessary throughout the therapeutic process based on ongoing assessment and feedback.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of therapy services provided, adhering to both facility standards and professional guidelines for compliance and quality assurance.

• Manage an assigned caseload, demonstrating organization and compassion in all interactions while prioritizing client safety and well-being.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams during meetings to enhance service delivery and better meet client needs, drawing on the expertise of associated healthcare professionals.

• Maintain a responsive demeanor to client complaints and concerns, working diligently to resolve issues and promote a positive therapeutic experience.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the operations of Comfort Corner and enhance client service.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and children across various stages of life. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.

• Current licensure as a mental health professional in California as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or eligibility for state licensure is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with various populations, including both children and adolescents and adults, is highly desirable. Experience across the lifespan enhances the capacity to adopt a holistic approach to client care.

• Demonstrated knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, techniques, and strategies will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position comes with an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
