Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a range of psychotherapeutic techniques to provide effective treatment for diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in individual and family contexts.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans and initial discharge plans, ensuring full consideration of each client’s unique context.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting interventions to align with the established treatment goals and the therapeutic needs of patients.

• Regularly assess and revise treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, documenting all interactions and therapy services in accordance with professional and facility standards.

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, preparing for and participating in treatment team meetings to enhance interdisciplinary communication and treatment effectiveness.

• Exhibit a professional demeanor while engaging with clients and addressing their needs, ensuring that patient safety remains a top priority throughout all interactions.

• Respond proactively to patient feedback, addressing concerns and complaints to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications\n
