Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor at Tidemark Health and Wellness, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their psychological needs and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Delivering confidential individual therapy sessions through various modalities (including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches) to promote personal growth and mental well-being.

• Establishing measurable therapeutic goals and continuously monitoring and evaluating client progress throughout treatment.

• Providing teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual consultations or face accessibility challenges, ensuring that mental health care is available to everyone.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and session notes to adhere to ethical standards and contribute to effective care.

• Participating in ongoing clinical training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD, ensuring you are qualified to provide mental health services.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
