This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide specialized mental health care remotely to children and adolescents facing various challenges. Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to create a work-life balance that suits your needs while being part of a dedicated, supportive team. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient demand. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of children and adolescents, utilizing structured interview techniques and standardized assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are reflective of the child's developmental stage, family dynamics, and cultural background.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy, to address a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions that empower caregivers to support their children effectively, improving familial relationships and communication.

• Collaborate effectively with child psychiatrists, educators, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and support during mental health emergencies involving young patients.

• Educate families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of all assessments and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Our aim is to provide compassionate, individualized care that reflects the unique needs of each patient, including their family environment and cultural context. Your work will be crucial in helping our young clients build resilience, improve their emotional regulation, and develop healthy coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, preferably in a child-focused setting.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and family therapy.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a child-centered approach.

• Ability to build trusting relationships with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant computer applications.

• A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcoming new team members.
