Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, employing evidence-based methodologies and collaborative treatment planning.

• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all records reflect ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
