Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and crisis interventions for clients, focusing on immediate and long-term support solutions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing evaluations, ensuring active participation from clients in their own care.

• Determine and coordinate appropriate disposition of clients for various levels of mental health care, ensuring optimal treatment paths are followed.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions designed for clients in various stages of care, promoting community support and shared recovery experiences.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes, fulfilling regulatory and organizational requirements.

• Collaborate closely with external agencies including the Department of Corrections, ensuring seamless access to care, patient housing, and treatment progression.

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision with designated supervisors and engage in continuous professional development through case conferences and treatment planning discussions.

• Contribute to psychological testing and assessment as directed, further enhancing the comprehensive care offered to clients.

• Supervise and mentor social work interns or student volunteers assigned to assist in patient care.
\n
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as dictated by the Unit Chief or Clinical Supervisor based on the evolving needs of the organization.

Qualifications\n
