Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions with a maximum of eight clients, allowing for deeper connections and impactful healing.

• Providing individual and family counseling sessions, either virtually or in-person within the outpatient setting.

• Participating in weekly case discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to collaborate on best practices and treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often experience significant barriers to access traditional mental health services, making your role crucial in providing them with effective treatment options via telehealth. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as a mental health professional in the state of New York, including LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, and LMFT.

• Availability to dedicate between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether you choose a contract or W2 employment model.
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly regarded:

• Previous experience providing therapy to adolescents and young adults, especially within inpatient or outpatient settings.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Renewal Mind Psychotherapy LTD. offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additional benefits include:
