In this full-time remote position, therapists will apply their clinical expertise to help clients navigate their mental health challenges through virtual sessions. Work Environment\n

This role is completely remote, supporting a flexible lifestyle while maintaining professional consistency. Our therapists work Monday to Friday, primarily between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. The telehealth setting fosters a supportive and collaborative virtual atmosphere, where counselors can connect with peers and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions via video conferencing tools.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality virtual counseling sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based techniques and treatment modalities tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments on initial visits to establish effective treatment plans, ensuring care is tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Document session notes, track client progress, and engage in regular clinical supervision to uphold compliance with all applicable professional and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop and coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies, ensuring continuity of care.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, employing skills to manage immediate client distress effectively, and connect them to appropriate resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By utilizing telehealth, we reach underserved populations and ensure that clients from all walks of life have access to necessary mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license to practice in California is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient mental health environment, demonstrating familiarity with therapeutic models and client management.

• Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize caseload effectively.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual therapy platforms, with the capability to adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in crisis intervention and management, particularly within a telehealth setting.

• Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and modalities (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) that can be utilized during virtual sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes:
