Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implementing and providing individual therapy sessions utilizing various modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness approaches.

• Setting therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitoring progress to ensure adherence to treatment plans.

• Offering teletherapy services to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges, while maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress accurately and in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport building with clients.

• A non-judgmental and compassionate attitude, accompanied by strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
