Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, identifying specific challenges and treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and continuously update personalized therapy plans to address clients’ unique mental health concerns.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual's needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain open communication with clients, offering ongoing support and equipping them with coping strategies and resources.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care and effective referrals when necessary.

• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records within electronic health record (EHR) systems in compliance with confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with may present a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, eating disorders, and more. You will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele, which will require the application of culturally responsive therapeutic approaches to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure in California as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

• At least two years of clinical experience providing mental health services in a therapeutic setting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster rapport with a diverse patient population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
