Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and mental health evaluations to determine the needs of individual clients.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans addressing the specific mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges faced by clients.

• Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care.
\n
• Provide timely follow-up for clients transitioning into or out of psychiatric facilities, maintaining continuity of care.

• Support clients and their families in understanding mental health issues and developing coping strategies.
\n
• Document all interactions within electronic health record systems, such as AVATAR, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population ranging from children to adults, many of whom may be dealing with mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and addiction issues. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will be instrumental in establishing trust and encouraging their engagement in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current State licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Successful completion of relevant examinations, such as the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems for case documentation and management.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on positive interpersonal relationships and empathy.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of previous experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in a clinical or telehealth setting.

• Demonstrated familiarity with current best practices as recognized by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

• Experience with various physical and emotional health concerns, as well as addiction disorders, enhancing your holistic approach to client care.

• Understanding of the pharmacological interventions and medications prescribed which may affect client mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
